  • Cancellation Policy

    Prior to confirming your order, please carefully review your selections to ensure complete satisfaction. Once an order is confirmed, our team immediately initiates production and prepares your item for shipment.

    You have a 24-hour window from the time of order confirmation to enquire about cancellation without incurring any charges. However, please be aware that if production commences before the 24-hour window elapses, for example, if you confirm production during a consultation or upon notification from us, the cancellation policy may not apply, and modifications or cancellations may be impossible. Refunds for cancellations within the 24-hour window will be processed using the original mode of payment.

    Please note that this cancellation window is not guaranteed, and you may not receive notice from us if production has already commenced before the 24-hour window expires. Therefore, it's crucial to promptly review your order and notify us of any cancellation requests within the specified time frame.

    Exchange & Returns

    We offer products in universal sizes, negating the necessity for exchanges. Custom sizes are available only through custom orders. However, it's essential to note that if you place a custom order and provide inaccurate measurements, resulting in the item being too big or too small, the responsibility lies with you, not us. Nevertheless, rest assured that the majority of our pieces are adaptable and can be bent or manipulated to suit your head shape.

    Our commitment to hygiene and the bespoke nature of our products further influences our exchange policy. Unfortunately, we do not facilitate exchanges due to hygiene considerations. Additionally, each piece is meticulously crafted on order, enhancing its uniqueness and tailored fit. We appreciate your understanding in ensuring the quality and exclusivity of our items.     Damage Concerns

    Upon order placement, each piece undergoes a meticulous inspection to guarantee its departure from our premises in impeccable condition, facilitated by our trusted carrier.

    Should you receive a damaged headpiece, kindly notify us within 3 days of receipt. Ensure the return of the item within 7 days, maintaining its original condition and packaging.

    If we are satisfied upon inspection that the item is faulty, we will offer you a credit note. However, items that have been worn, damaged, or are past the wedding/event date are not eligible for return.

  • Absolutely! Each order is meticulously tailored to our standard sizing, but we can certainly customise it to fit your specific size. Simply consult the size guide on the custom orders page and include your measurements in the order notes during checkout. If you have particular requests, like a change in style, stone count, or any other modifications, please contact us before placing your order online at hello@cbheadpieces.au. We're here to ensure your piece is uniquely yours!

  • Absolutely! Each piece is individually crafted to order, ensuring that no two clients receive the same item. Every order results in a uniquely tailored and special piece for each person.

  • For precise measurements, kindly refer to the size guide provided on the custom orders page. It is recommended to have a friend assist you during the measurement process, as self-measuring may result in less accurate readings.

  • For orders from the ready-to-wear collection, items will be made to order and dispatched within 3 weeks, even if you've chosen customised sizes. However, for bespoke custom pieces, this process takes up to 6 weeks. All orders include free express shipping at no extra cost to you. As the item is handmade and crafted in Beirut, international express orders usually take 3-5 days after the item's completion. You will receive notifications at every stage of production through to delivery.

  • Certainly! For urgent orders, get in touch with us directly at hello@cbheadpieces.au. We may perform some magic and craft something for you within 24 hours, ready to be shipped the next day. With express shipping, your order should arrive within 3-5 days. Please note that an additional fee may or may not apply, depending on inventory and staffing.
